Harbor Watch teaches you to ask and connect. Harbor care is what you connect people to: a 90-day clinical pathway, a safety plan that lives on the phone with three Anchors one tap away, and a caring message from a real person every month for the year after.

How it works

  1. Start at The Compass. A short check sorts a person to the right pathway, and anyone at risk is routed to Harbor first.
  2. Harbor Mode. Inside WAYLIGHT, safety planning, weekly clinician contact, daily support from Lumen, and a named on-call responder for anyone at high risk.
  3. Anchors. The person names three people. Each is trained in ten minutes and notified when the person opens Crisis Mode.
  4. Caring Contacts. From day 91 for a year, a short message written for them and signed by a real person.
